YOUR CHILD'S FITNESS IS OUR GOAL
The goal of Kicks In Progress is to keep kids physically active and energized while having fun! Our programs are filled with exciting fitness games, basic martial arts moves, outrageous obstacle courses, and playful activities designed especially for the appropriate age groups. Instruction is geared to help educate children in fitness, nutrition, and safety in a friendly, fun environment.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Karen Martocchio has developed these new innovative and creative programs for Kicks In Progress. Karen Martocchio has her Bachelors Degree in Nutritional Science from the University of CT. She has taught fitness programs for children starting at age 18 months through Adults. Karen Martocchio is an Apprentice Black Belt in Tang Soo Do. Karen has taken her knowledge of nutrition and health and combined it with her fitness experiences to developed three unique and outstanding programs for children.
